Do checks or alerts cost anything?
Checks and alert delivery do not cost extra. Your subscription sets how many monitors you can run, how often they check, whether X monitoring is included (paid plans get a monthly X API read quota), and API access. Free plan: email alerts require your own SMTP server.
Which notification channels are supported?
Telegram, email, web push, and team channels (Slack, Discord, Teams, PagerDuty, DingTalk, Feishu, webhooks, and more) — selectable per monitor. SMS, voice calls, and WhatsApp are paused for now.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, and you can resubscribe anytime.
Is there an API for AI agents?
Yes. Paid plans include full API access (Starter: 10K calls/mo, Pro: 50K, Max: 200K). There is also an MCP server so AI agents can create monitors and read events directly. Generate a key in Settings → API Keys.
What is the free plan? Do I need a credit card?
Free gives you 3 monitors checked every hour, 1,000 API calls/month, and full alert channel support. No credit card required.
What happens when my subscription expires or I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then drops to Free. Your monitors are kept.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 7-day no-questions-asked refunds. Refund = paid minus X API costs consumed.
Can I change my plan mid-cycle?
Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect next cycle.
